Vacancy- Study Pharmacist in Madiun, East Java

ALERTAsia Foudation, a not-for-profit organization on research grant management in biomedical research, has an opening position at the Eijkman-Oxford Clinical Research Unit for “Study Pharmacist” in malaria study located in Madiun, East Java. 

The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:

1.    Accept and verify the quantity of received drugs are accurate and in a good condition.

2.    Maintain drugs storage in optimal temperature under limited access and locked in the cabinet.

3.    Perform randomization for drugs allocation to the study subjects..

4.    Direct administer study drugs along with providing signed forms by both pharmacist and study subjects.

5.    Ensure and monitor that all given doses are completed.

6.    Maintain records of study drugs dispensing.

7.    Coordinate with the Site Physician and Site Laboratory Manager to schedule drugs administration and time of blood drawn for pharmacokinetic sampling.

Desirable Criteria:

1.    Immediately available after selection.

2.    At least possess a year experience in managing drugs administration.

3.    Record of work experience in biomedical research field, especially malaria is an advantage.

4.    Has a professional certification as Pharmacist

5.    Functional ability in English both writing and speaking.

The selected candidate will receive remuneration package that includes annual leave, sick leave, THR, JAMSOSTEK and fully paid income tax. The salary shall be competitive and dependent upon qualifications and salary history.
