Responsibilities
and Scope
The
GA Assistant
will be a member of the TFT Team, related to general affairs aspects.
- Receive and answer phone calls and record incoming messages.
- Receive guests
- Record appointment
- Arrange office and meeting room needs
- Arrange staff travel (booking airplane, train and hotel)
- Responsible for carrying out the ticketing process
- Responsible for administration of ticketing data
- Handle incoming complaints
- Manage office boy schedule
- Coordinate with related department (HR&GA, FA, IT)

Minimum
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years relevant
occupational working experience
·
Ability to understand
General Affairs
role and responsibilities

Having knowledge of MS Office program
·
Ability to understand English (verbal and written)
