and consulting institution, focusing on economic development of the
underserved who are excluded from financial services—the poor, women,
and youth. RISE conducts research on mapping, assessment, product
development, and is involved in national level financial inclusion
research.
ENUMERATOR/SURVEYOR
Work location : Jabodetabek, Yogyakarta, Bali
Work duration : 3 weeks
RISE
Indonesia is managing a study for women in micro and small enterprises
in 3 locations in Indonesia, namely Jabodetabek, Yogyakarta, Bali, to
understand the nature of business, challenges, opportunity and used of
digital in leveraging their business. Total sample targeted for three
locations is 1,800 women entrepreneurs.
Enumerator is expected to be based (domicile) in selected locations.
Job Description
Duties:
• Identify and recruit respondents for survey and indepth interview (IDI)
• Arrange and conduct survey and indepth interview schedule for selected women
• Provide local data as deemed necessary
Skills & Qualities:
• Experience in conducting survey, preferably for women and/or entrepreneurship
· Ability to communicate with good Bahasa and preferably local language as necessary
• Have organizational skills and managing target
• Detailed observational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Requirements:
• Experience in Research and/or Field Survey, preferrably in data collection using digital tool
• Active English is preferred
