Save the Children
in Indonesia is changing for the better. We've begun to build a
national organization that aims to be a strong, local, and
self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia. To this end, SC
Indonesia has been designated as a “Prospect Member”. As
‘Prospect
Member’ Indonesia has been identified as part of the next way of new
member development, which focuses on strengthening and localizing our
voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Indonesia has
been authorized by member ballot to start fundraising
locally as a first step towards building a financially sustainable
local organization. Future work will also involve developing a strong
local governance structure and building key partnerships with local
government, the private sector, local civil society
among others. Success of the pilot phase will set the Indonesia on a
pathway to full membership. We are currently seeking to fill the
following position:
Digital Fundraising Officer - Jakarta

ROLE PURPOSE:
This
role with work with Fundraising Coordinator to maximize income from
Digital Channel. He/she will coordinate with other fundraising
team and others unit to create and test leads generation program from
online and offline channel and manage digital fundraising.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
- Ability to adapt in small team and working collaboratively with colleagues and providing support and advice as necessary
- A full appreciation of the value of co-operation, both internationally and within a team environment
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Indonesian
- Demonstrable experience of using digital marketing techniques such as online advertising, affiliate schemes, and search marketing
- Extensive experience of project managing email marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation
- Exceptionally well organized, able to multi-task, plan and deliver projects on time
- Extensive knowledge of web, mobile and interactive technologies in a direct response environment
- Experience in using HTML, Google analytics, and content management systems
- Able to work both on own initiative and take lead of multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Desirable
- At least 3 years’ experiences in corporate or international NGO work-environment related to Digital specialist
