organization who works based Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
particularly in child rights fulfillment
and community development. Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia provides
child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster
relief programs in 15 CDPs
(Community Development Project) and serving 12,086 children. Yayasan
Gugah Nurani Indonesia has missions around the world to ensure the
well-being of people in need.

Position Summary
Direct
and lead overall organization operations to ensure the effective
day-to-day operation and proper implementation of the programme to
achieve the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and direct general strategy and plans for both programme implementation and day-to-day operation in order to provide clear guideline for the employees to achieve the organization's goals..
- Lead and direct the overall day-to-day operation in order to ensure the seamless organization process to achieve organization's goals.
- Lead and direct the implementation of programmes in order to maximize the organization's reach and impact to society.
- Develop, and improve mutual and beneficial relationships with external parties (which may include, but not limited to: local government, authorities, partners and donor) to ensure the optimum support for Gugah Nurani Indonesia's sustainability.
- Lead the identification of potential local donor by expanding organization's network and reach in order to strengthen organization's financial sustainability.
- Supervise, coach and develop direct reports and all employees to ensure the achievement of overall organization and increase the engagement level of the employee toward the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (min.) on Business Administration, Management and/or Development studies from reputable university.
- 10+ years of relevant working experience (min.) (NGO background will be an advantage)
- Deep understanding on Organizational Strategic Planning and Development
- Deep understanding on Community Development
- Deep understanding on Disaster Management
- Have a good team leadership
- Result oriented and always on time
- High accountability with positive attitude
- Resilient and have a good self-control
- A self-motivated individual who able to mobilize people
- Able to coach and develop others
- Able to manage change and uncertainty
- Proficient English
- Computer Literacy
