Duration : 7 months ( April to October 2019)
Background
Strategic Partnership Green and Inclusive
Energy (SP-Energy) is an initiative that is launched in late 2016 in five hubs
of Hivos: Global Office, Hub Southeast Asia, Hub Latin America, Hub South
Africa, and Hub East Africa. SP-Energy works mainly in lobby and advocacy
activities, and together with the partners, pursuing Green and Inclusive Energy
in respected areas. Another side of the program is to increase the capacity of
partners, mainly nexus organizations, on green and inclusive energy. In order
to stimulate and accelerate the process, proper documentation works need to be
in place. Therefore, Hivos views that knowledge management consultant is
important.
Tasks and
Deliverables
The required tasks and deliverables from the
Consultant are:
1. To
produce relevant documentation including but not limited to reports, articles,
case studies related to SP-Energy initiatives including lobby and advocacy
activities as well as capacity development program conducted by/for Hivos and
partners, in coordination with Regional Advocacy Officer Green and Inclusive
Energy and DMEL Officer;
2. To
identify, capture and document the lessons learned from partners and formulate
them into publication materials including but not limited to case studies, in
coordination with Regional Advocacy Officer Green and Inclusive Energy and DMEL
Officer;
3. To communicate and work together with
Strategic Partnership Green and Inclusive Energy partners’, in developing
lessons learned, articles, case studies, and other relevant documents..
Requirements
The Candidate is
expected to have the followings requirements:
1. The Candidate must be an individual
Consultant;
2. The Candidate has the experience of working
on knowledge management at least 3 years;
3. The Candidate has the experience in
documenting processes and also capturing lessons learned;
4. The Candidate speaks fluently English, and
able to write in both Bahasa Indonesia and English;
5. The Candidate has to submit their CV along
with the example of their writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English,
preferable study case;
6. Experience in Renewable Energy, capacity
building, and women empowerment are advantages.
Period of contract
This is a consultancy
work, with 7 (seven) months of contract, from April 2019 – October 2019 with, minimum
work day are 16 days and maximum work days are 20 days per month. Expecting
frequent travel.
