Operations and Administrative Assistant - YLI Foundation

Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) is a leadership development program initiated by McKinsey Indonesia in 2008. The program targets high performing Indonesian students to enhance their leadership skills. The program supports the personal and professional development of these students to help them become valuable members of the workforce and the broader community. The YLI program builds on McKinsey’s experience with clients across the public and private sectors in developing and supporting leaders. Participants in the program attend 3 leadership forums and conduct fieldwork projects over a period of 6 months. The YLI Program has been fully run by the YLI Foundation, an independent non-profit organization established in 2010. The YLI Foundation is supported by the country leaders and organizations as program partners, all believe in the YLI mission to help develop the next generation of Indonesian leaders.

YLI Foundation is looking for qualified Operations and Administrative Assistant

Summary of job description:
The Operation and Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Foundation's day to day operations as well as supporting the program delivery.

Key responsibilities
Foundation
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the Foundation
  • Develop and maintain filing system
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Responsible for deliverable related to organization and communication
  • Responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Involve in the Foundation's management of day to day operations
Program
  • Supporting the team on preparation of forum delivery including content and project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management
Requirements
  • Strong ability in managing administrative matters
  • Strong ability in written and verbal communication both in Indonesian language and English
  • Strong attention to details
  • Self starter and quick learner
  • Adaptable, demonstrate resilience on fast pace working environment
  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred, fresh graduate with strong leadership experience are welcome to apply
