Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) is a leadership development program initiated by McKinsey Indonesia in 2008. The program targets high performing Indonesian students to enhance their leadership skills. The program supports the personal and professional development of these students to help them become valuable members of the workforce and the broader community. The YLI Program has been fully run by the YLI Foundation, an independent non-profit organization established in 2010. The YLI Foundation is supported by the country leaders and organizations as program partners, all believe in the YLI mission to help develop the next generation of Indonesian leaders.

YLI Foundation is looking for qualified Senior Project Officer

Job description:

The Senior Project Officer is responsible for the supervision and delivery of the YLI National/Regional Program as well as supporting the Foundation's day to day operations.

Key responsibilities

Program:

• Develop plans and program timeline for both the National and Regional Program from university outreach to socialization to forum delivery
• Responsible for the execution of all critical elements of the National/Regional program delivery; program outreach through socialization/roadshows, selection process and forum delivery
• Lead and manage the preparation of forum delivery including content and project management, budgeting and stakeholders’ management
• Responsible for post forum management including participants’ feedback and overall improvement of program delivery
• Provide supervision to the team's program delivery

Foundation:

• Play a lead role in driving the Foundation’s fundraising activities
• Involve in the foundation’s management of the day to day operations
• Manage internal and external stakeholders
• Help to oversee YLI Community development

Requirements:

• Hold minimum a bachelor degree
• Min. 2 years of working experience in similar position
• Strong ability in written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English 
• A problem solver with strong attention to details
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relationships with a wide range of people & multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter and quick learner
• Adaptable, demonstrate resilience in fast pace working environment
• Experience in managing fundraising activities and work in non-profit organization will be an advantage
