TRAINER ON ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT IN BULELENG

Lutheran World Relief (LWR), a U.S. based non-profit development organization engaged in seeking lasting solutions to poverty and reducing risk, is seeking an experienced Trainer on Organization Management for Social Forestry on 25 April 2019 for Village Forest Development Project in Buleleng.

Currently LWR is implementing a social forestry program in Buleleng District, Bali province. The project is aimed to improve and accelerate the implementation of village forest in Buleleng District through improving the capacity of Lembaga pengelola Hutan Desa (LPHD), integrating enterprise into forest management, and improving multi-stakeholder engagement and collaboration. To improve the capacity of Lembaga pengelola Hutan Desa (LPHD) we planning training related to capacity of LPHD in management organization in two days.

Objective

The objectives of hiring this position are the following:

1.       To equip Lembaga pengelola Hutan Desa (LPHD) about management organization.

2.       To equip Lembaga pengelola Hutan Desa (LPHD) about Leadership.

3.       To assist Lembaga pengelola Hutan Desa (LPHD) in drafting vision and mission, Statutes and bylaws, standard operating procedures and a good administrative system.

The deliverables are:

By the end of this training, the Trainer is expected to deliver the following deliverables/ output:

1.       Developed training module and presentation to meet the objective mention above. The module should include but not limited to: method, session objective and presentation hands out. This should be submitted at least five days before the training conducted.

2.       Develop pre-test and post-test for the participants. This should be submitted at least five days before the training conducted.

3.       Submit training report at the latest five days after the training completed.

The Trainer will be paid based on her/his previous rate, background and experience. All fee will be tax deducted based on government regulation.

The Trainer should arrive in Buleleng on 24 April 2019 or early morning on 25 April 2019.

Qualifications

The Trainer should have minimum requirement as follow:

·       Has experiences as Trainer in Management Organization, Leadership, Communication.

·       Has excellent understanding in social forestry issues is a preferable.

·       Has experiences and expertise in developing vision and mission, Statutes and bylaws, standard operating procedures and a good administrative system.

·       Have a good communication skill
