1. Knowledge Management (35% of time spent)
·
Develop and implement a knowledge management
strategy to ensure the effective collection, storage, analysis and sharing of
information and exchanging of experiences, including management of web-based
communication (for example, blog management and social media interactive);
·
As knowledge management focal point in country,
coordinate and communicate with KM Working Group in the NL and other PfR
countries
·
Coordinate and working together with the Knowledge
Management & Communication Working Group of PfR Indonesia
·
Develop and implement strategies for the effective
use of qualitative and quantitative data in advocacy messaging, policy
analysis and development, and other components of the IRM dialogue process;
·
Lead in the development of baseline and research
tools and data analysis processes as they relate to PfR CARE trajectory;
·
Facilitate trainings for staff, local partners and
volunteers on varied topics such as community facilitation, surveying, and
report writing;
·
Serve as a resource person and reference for the
wider PfR alliance in knowledge management and PfR project related data;
·
Carry out regular meetings with staff and local
partners to identify, discuss and resolve challenges and issues, based on
information sourced and analysed through the information collection, analysis
and storage processes.
·
Working together within PfR team by Providing
contents and technical inputs in the development of knowledge product such as
IEC, Flyer, Policy brief, and lesson learn document.
2. Data Collection and Management: (25% of time spent)
·
Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly,
semi-annual, and annual data collection systems (information to be collected,
recording formats, schedules, persons responsible etc.) that record and
document observable (both qualitative and quantitative) outputs, outcomes,
and impact;
·
Monitor and collect monthly, quarterly, semi-annual,
and annual data in line with the developed systems and procedures;
·
Manage the data collection schedules and activities
of other field staff as necessary, ensuring good coordination between CARE HQ
and program field staff in Kupang;
·
Oversee the creation and maintenance of a database
system that can easily and accurately input and export data (including data
capture, data organization, data formatting, and data communication so that
its easily understood and useful to all stakeholders);
·
Develop and
revise program document (Theory of Change, Advocacy Strategy, and Workplan)
3. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) (20% of time spent)
·
Conduct program annual internal monitoring and
evaluation at field level
·
Assist in monitoring project indicators as they
relate to the overall project design, goals, and objectives;
·
Ensure that all indicators meet donor requirements
(e.g. are specific, defined, useful, and measurable with project resources);
·
Develop Monitoring and Evaluation capacity in
program staff, including in the setting of goals and objectives, identifying
outputs, outcomes, and impacts, and collecting and using indicator data;
·
Provide training for the PfR staff
on Monitoring and Evaluation procedures, data entry, and other topics
necessary for data collection and the implementation of the monitoring and
evaluation activities.
·
Maintain PfR logbook activity and
providing feedback for following up activity.
4. Reporting (15% of time
spent)
·
Prepare draft of program planning and annual report
·
Prepare and provide routine/scheduled Monitoring and
Evaluation reports (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia) and ad-hoc reports
as required;
·
Develop reporting capacity in program staff,
including in the setting of goals and objectives, identifying outputs,
outcomes, and impacts, and the analysis of indicator data;
·
Provide training for the PfR staff on Monitoring and
Evaluation procedures, data entry, reporting, and other topics necessary for
data collection and the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation
activities.
·
Support Knowledge Management at
field level to develop project activities report
5. Other (5% of
time spent)
·
Conduct any other duties that may reasonably be
assigned related to position’s function. Task may expand or be adjusted in
accordance to the real needs in the field.
·
Support other project in CARE when needed.
·
Willing to join with the Emergency Response Team
(ERT) in accordance with experience and competence and is
ready to be assigned to the disaster site in accordance with the existing
needs.
