Hi! We are TURC (http://www.turc.or.id/home7/), Trade Union Rights Centre,
a labour NGO based in Jakarta. We work in various locations through
Indonesia, South Asia, and South East Asia with labour unions/organizations
in the palm oil sector, the home-based sector, and the manufacturing
sector, aiming to promote decent work and empower the working class with
providing labour rights education, labour legal assistance, and labour
studies.

Currently, we need a passionate person to join our work in escalating women
home-based worker's capacity and issue into the top! You will contribute to
one level such as organizing, facilitating, advocating, and networking
women home-based worker on the ground (Cirebon, Jakarta, Tangerang, Solo,
Sukoharjo, and Sukabumi, as our main region with women home-based worker)
and on another level, you will be a part of a women movement as we involve
in the national collective action, including plenty of experienced women's
organizations in Indonesia. Likewise, you'll learn and feel the dynamic of
management projects on development issues.

If you passionate in women in informal world of work, please consider this

value of work: the critical pedagogy.
