Job Title       : Advocacy and Communication Coordinator TBC Program
Reports to    : Executive Director
Background
STPI is a platform of cross-sectoral partnership consisting of 75 national, multinational and development partners ranging from CSOs, individual experts, academics, corporates, and government aiming to strengthen and foster collaborations towards TBC elimination in Indonesia. STPI envisioned to coordinate and orchestrate collaborative and collective actions from different sectors to fight against TBC..

STPI is recruiting program coordinator level staff to responsible for national advocacy program. The Advocacy and Communication Coordinator will support the effective and efficient implementation of the organization activities under.. This position is under the general supervision of STPI’s Executive Director.  The Advocacy and Communication Coordinator will directly report to ED, and coordinate closely and significantly with the Partnerships and Governance Manager.
SPECIFIC TASK
Advocacy Program Management
1.   Manage the implementation of advocacy program towards program goals at national and district level
2.   Develop communication program strategy at national and district level
3.   Assist ED in monitoring and reporting related advocacy and communication activities progress against agreed targets, milestones and outputs
4.   Oversee and verify advocacy and communication related activity inputs into the program monitoring and evaluation system
5.   Draft and submit project progress report including mid-term and annual report in to ED
6.   Supervise staff under his/her subordinate to meet the targeted objectives
7.   Coaching and staff capacity building
Admin and Budget Management
1.       Coordinate with FA manager for the development of relevant financial program documentation and report
2.       Monitor expenditure against approved activity budgets, report on a monthly basis the status of activity expenditure and forecast
Standard Requirement
1.   Minimum 8 years’ experience in program implementation, with 3 years experiences focus in advocacy programming on TB
2.   Minimum 3 years at managerial position
3.   S2 level education in relevant area with 5 years working experience, or S1 with 8 years working experience
4.   Adequate knowledge on TB control program and in country issue
5.   Sounds experience in developing advocacy activity with government institution, private sector, CSO/NGO/INGO
6.   Ability to work independently and within the team, good leadership skill and coordination
7.   Skill in report writing
