SCOPE OF WORK
Job Title : Program Officer - TBC
Reports To : Partnerships and Governance Manager
STPI is a platform of
cross-sectoral partnership consisting of 75 national, multinational and
development partners ranging from CSOs, individual experts, academics,
corporates, and government aiming to strengthen and
foster collaborations towards TBC elimination in Indonesia. STPI envisioned to
coordinate and orchestrate collaborative and collective actions from different
sectors to fight against TBC.
STPI is recruiting program
officer level staff for Lombok Barat District. Program Officer will support the
effective and efficient implementation of the organization activities, under
the supervision of the Partnerships and Governance Manager in maintaining the
relationship between organization and its stakeholders at the district of
Lombok Barat (NTB).
SPECIFIC TASK
District Programming
·
Responsible for Lombok Barat district level
activities progress against agreed targets, milestones and outputs in close
coordination with Senior Partnership and Governance Officer.
·
Responsible for Project implementation at Lombok
Barat District level.
·
Support the supervisor in stakeholder relation
and communication with stakeholder at Lombok Barat District level (government,
CSO, interfaith organization, professional organization, private sector, field
worker)
·
Submit district progress report including
mid-term report to PM
Standard Requirement
1. Minimum
3 years’ experience in program implementation, with 1 year in TBC programming
2. S1
degree with 2 years working experience
3. Adequate
knowledge on program partnership at district level
4. Sounds
experience in developing partnership activity with government institution,
private sector, CSO/NGO/INGO at district level
5. Ability
to work independently and with the team, good communication skill
6. Skill
in report writing will be advantage
