Reports to : Director of INANTA Centre.

Base Salary : IDR 5,000,000 / gross/month

INANTA
Foundation is an Indonesia local NGO, not-for-profit organization.
INANTA is working for disaster management and development program
towards natural hazards through disaster risk reduction and
preparedness, taking into account climate change, as well as disaster
risks and their impacts. The initial program of INANTA is supported by
The Johanniter Unfall Hilfe- International
Assistance (Germany). INANTA has been working extensively in Central
Sulawesi with the local government, NGO's and civil society networks to
influence for DRR positive change in some areas. One of the support the
project is the position and task of Finance and Administration
Coordinator base in Makassar with occasional visits to Palu-Central Sulawesi ..
The Finance and Coordinator will act as an Coordinating
for all Finance and Administration INANTA’s project related activities
and will report to head the director of INANTA as well as Donor Agency.
He/she will serve as backstopping support To monitor and guide the implementation of financial and administration component.
Scope of Work
The Finance & Administration Coordinator Man ager is entrusted with the following tasks:
- Supports the Finance and Admin Officer and operation unit in developing and following up on accounting
functions including regular cash verification, bank balance sheets,
accounts reconciliation, monthly closing, monthly cash projection and
timely submission of financial reports and fund requests to the
respective authority project budgets and establishes financial forecasts inclusive relevant financial analysis;
- Conducts orientations, guides and advises partners on correct finance procedures and proper documentation;
- Control Field Financial report, consolidate and prepare all finance reports required for the program;
- Supports any audit by external entities and audit partner’s financial management and procedures monthly.
- Support and supervise all contractual office issues and ensure timely payment of all office related bills and fees.
- Ensure
financial and administrative records and filing are comprehensive,
accurate, secure and up-to-date. This includes, but is not limited to
all financial plans, budgets, contracts, agreements and key correspondence.
- Support and guide Finance & Admin Staff in
all administration and HR related issues and check compliance with
internal and external rules and regulations (e.g. staff policy, payroll,
labor law).
- Ensures adherence to the national laws for income tax and VAT, insurance payment and ensures applicable payments are made in time;
- Any other tasks will be given by the line manager/Director.
Qualification and Experience:
• University degree of accounting or management background or related field / At least Diploma/Bachelor's degree in the relevant studies.
• Proven at least 3 years of finance related experience in an NGO/INGO or a commercial environment
• Good management and administration skill.
• Excellent knowledge of computer operation (Windows, Excel, Power Point) as well financial program system.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
