SEPAKAT Programmer - Indonesia 

 KOMPAK Program

KOMPAK is an Australia-Indonesia government partnership supporting the Government of Indonesia's efforts in reducing poverty through improvements in basic service delivery and creating opportunities for work. KOMPAK focuses its efforts on three result areas:

  1. Supporting Local Governments and Service Units to better address the needs of basic service users;
  2. Supporting the poor and vulnerable to benefit from improved village governance; and
  3. Supporting the poor and vulnerable to benefit from increased opportunities for employment and economic development.

 

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the SEPAKAT Programmer is to make improvements to the SEPAKAT application, based on the needs of Bappenas and Local Government including SEPAKAT integration with other systems at the Ministry of Home Affairs (SIPD), Ministry of Social Affairs  (SIKNG), and BNPB (InaRisk).

 

Key Duties

The SEPAKAT Programmer will be expected to:

  • Refine existing SEPAKAT module to incorporate MoHA regulation number 90 and Kepmendagri Number 50 for SEPAKAT utilization on planning and budgeting document
  • Develop integration between SEPAKAT with SIKNG to address DTKS updating that support the development of SEPAKAT Desa/Kelurahan – in collaboration with SID Flagship
  • Develop SEPAKAT integration with SIPD by coordination with KOMPAK Team
  • Other tasks that might be assigned by supervisor and Bappenas

Key Requirements

The preferred applicant will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, computer, or related subject with at least 10 years of professional experience
  • Experience in working within government systems or development partners
  • Experience in designing internet-based distribution networks and developing websites
  • Proficient in HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Working knowledge and experience of MS Access, XML/XSL and MySql
  • Experience using AJAX, DHTMLX and jQuery
  • Proficient in Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 95/98, Windows NT 4.0 and RedHat Linux operating systems
  • Understanding of planning and budgeting process in villages and districts in Indonesia
  • Understanding of gender equality and social inclusion issues
