Responsibilities:
1. Compile a list of purchases of goods / services needed by the user
2. Compile a list of vendors providing goods / services
3. Request purchase approval from management
4. Contact the supplier / vendor to get a price / quotation
5. Analyze the offer (price, features, service, time offered by the supplier / vendor)
6. Negotiating prices, features, services, time offered by suppliers / vendors
7. Create and send order documents / Purchase Order (PO)
8. Monitor and ensure delivery of goods / services
9. Check the quality of goods / services in accordance with the sales contract
10. Filing of purchase documents
11. Creating data-based purchases
12. Processing the purchase administration to the finance department
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
2. Having modern market purchasing experience
3. Has an extensive supplier network
4. Accurate, precise attention to detail, organized
5. Able to work with team or individual
6. Proficient using Ms. Office (Excel/Word)
7. Good communication and negotiation skill
