YCAB Foundation is the founding and flagship organization in YCAB Social Enterprise Group, established in 1999. YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. To date, YCAB has brought impact to more than 4.1 million youth through education and economic empowerment access, while bringing greater financial access to almost 200,000 low-income families. 

 

YCAB Foundation seeks a passionate with high dedication, who is innovative, and committed Project Officer to join our team on a full-time contract basis to help manage programs. The role will be based in Semarang and the contract will run for 12 months, with the potential for renewal.  

 

[PROJECT OFFICER - SEMARANG] 

 Responsibilities: 

 

1. This position supports and reports to a Project Manager; 
2. Develop a relationship with internal and external stakeholders to support program strategy; 
3. Assist and ensure monitoring and evaluation processes are in place for programs and that effective programs reporting is completed, demonstrating program outcomes;  
4. Assist with planning and developing project tools, implementation of relevant project evens, communications, and collaterals, and provide recommendation for better improvement; 
5. Assist Project Manager to manage the process to identify impact stories and case studies of the beneficiaries; 
6. Support the Project Management Department on various program initiatives and other duties as identified for YCAB Foundation’s programs in Indonesia. 

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's Degree, all major is welcome to apply; 
2. 2+ years of experience in community engagement and social impact programs, or relevant field; 
3. You’re a self-starter, you can work independently but remain a collaborative team player; 
4. Able to do tasks quickly; 
5. Able to assist in mentoring; 
6. Able to build relationships, perform facilitation, and be persuasive; 
7. Have good communication skill; 
8. Have good Microsoft Office skills and generally a natural at adopting new technology;
