SAP PP Functional Consultant

Please joining to our ECCO Global IT where you – among other exciting tasks – will play a key function in defining solution, involved in Project Implementation and having close dialogues with our Production units around the world and your Global IT team organization.

JOB PROFILE
You will be based in Indonesia located in Sidoarjo and become part of Global IT team, more specifically our IT Product and Supply Chains. Currently, we have some colleagues based in Indonesia, Thailand, Denmark and Portugal, and together, we are working hard to ensure good Global Manufacturing solutions for the entire Production units. In short; you are working in the backbone of the entire ECCO IT Production Planning system.
As a SAP PP consultant, you will drive system changes from initial change request to final implementation in order to make our systems run optimally and meet the needs of our global organization. With the freedom to explore our entire supply chain you will: • Participate in business and IT projects as the PP expert. • Support and provide recommendations to project managers within large projects, contributing with analysis, design, build and implementation of new applications, additional functionality, or complex system changes. • Review change requests and actively communicate with the organization to understand system needs, challenges and opportunities. • Translate requests, issues and opportunities into functional solutions and collaborate with stakeholder from Group IT and other parts of our business stakeholders to bring these to life. • Assist 2nd level support teams on escalations of complex incidents and enhancements and provide recommendations to solve these. • Function as the SAP PP expert, advising both your fellow consultants and the rest of the organization on the SAP solutions within your area.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE Innately talkative and always professional, you are good at building relationships and engaging others in your agenda. You enjoy collaborating with others and involves relevant colleagues in decision-making to ensure successful implementation of deliveries. You are focused on finding solutions that provide the most business value and you are thinking change management into the way you implement these solutions.
Requirements: • Extensive experience as a SAP consultant and solid knowledge of SAP PP, including customization, documentation & change management – project management experience is a plus. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positions. • Good interpersonal and communication skills, • Fluent in English both written and spoken. • Able to multi-task and work independently • Some travelling activities will be required.
