TRAINING  MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Location: Jakarta

 

Alatan Asasta Indonesia (AAI) is a consulting, research and training company in the field of public policy, management and government administration.  AAI is trusted by The United States Department of Justice International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (USDOJ / ICITAP) to manage and implement the Organizational Development Mentoring and Procurement Skill Training Project in collaboration with Indonesian Government Institutions.

AAI is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the full-time position Training Management Officer.

 

Key duties:

1. Conduct market analysis and Training (capacity building) Need Assessment
2. Design and conduct training management development (planning, infrastructure development, marketing strategies and improvement)
3. Manage curriculum, syllabus and training modules development
4. Identify, manage and evaluate trainers schedule and performance
5. Develop planning, manage and evaluate the implementation of training/capacity building/events
6. Support the management/improvement of training institute licensing
7. Develop report on the training implementation
8. Monitoring and evaluate the training/capacity building planning, strategy and implementations

 

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management/Education /Communication and/or related fields (Preferred S2)
2. Have minimum 5 years’ experience on managing training and capacity building activities (Offline and Online) at Training institute
3. Having official certificate on Management of Training (MoT) and/or Training for Trainers (ToT)
4. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and social media
5. Have the ability to speak English (oral and written)
6. Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
