Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB) is a German relief and social-welfare organisation engaged in a wide range of social service provision in Germany and abroad. ASB started working in Indonesia in 2006 following the Yogyakarta earthquake and in the Philippines in 2014 following Typhoon Haiyan. ASB Indonesia and the Philippines are committed to improving meaningful access and participation for all. Strengthening individuals, communities, organisations, networks and decision makers' capacities to create positive change, and enhance societies' ability to manage risk.

Indonesia and the Philippines is implementing a partner-led project
titled “Strengthening of socio-economic development and resilience
through active engagement of vulnerable groups such as persons with
disabilities in local decision-making and social entrepreneurship.” The
project started in November 2018 and will finish in February 2022,
implemented by ASB's local partner the Foundation for TheseAbled People
(FTI), a disability-focused organisation in the Philippines. Funding of
this project comes from the Federal Ministry for Economic Co-operation
and Development, Republic of Germany (BMZ). The project is implemented
in 18 barangays (villages) in 9 municipalities in Leyte Province, the
Philippines.
We
are currently looking for an external evaluator to evaluate whether the
project implemented has met its identified objectives and results as
