Vacancy - ASEAN YOUTH FORUM (Campaign and Social Media Manager)

The ASEAN Youth Forum (AYF) is a regional movement that represents and advocates for young people human rights and freedoms in ASEAN. AYF has been a platform of the youth in the ASEAN to raise their voice and claim for their rights for a sustainable, inclusive, people-centered, and youth-driven regional community. The network aims to institutionalize and establish its national chapters to focus the engagement on important and timely local issues affecting Southeast Asian youth, and consolidate policy proposals and agenda to put forward to the relevant ASEAN offices.

Currently Asean Youth Forum is looking for enthusiastic candidates for the following position:

Campaign and Social Media Manager, Indonesia Based, Full Time

Key Skills:
Strong analytical skills, good communication skills both oral and written, technology skills

Qualification:
Has a good understanding of youth activism,  strong understanding of human rights, experience in managing social media account of non-profit organization, strong know-how of digital analytics, design tools, and other social media tools

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to support AYF campaign
Lead and develop comprehensive and robust social media strategy that can be seamlessly integrated with the overall communication and campaign strategy.
Conduct monthly social media monitoring and provide brief analysis reports on social media performance. 
Collaborate with other divisions to develop and produce youth empowering content
Create and ensure the effective implementation of social media and campaign plans to reach the focused target audiences
Explore ways to utilize social media platforms to boost visits to the ASEAN Youth Forum’s websites. 
Take a leading role in coordinating with website developers. 
Manage AYF’s database and knowledge
