Scriptwriter, Creative Director, Videographer, Graphic Designer and Video Editor

 

Edu Farmers International Foundation focuses on improving the Indonesian agricultural sector, particularly in the development of agriculture, animal husbandry, and the younger generation. In order to further expand the impact, we are in the process of making learning videos with the younger generation as the main target. 

 

Contract period: 1 month (June)  

Location: JABODETABEK Area (On site)  

 

1.      Scriptwriter  

 

Job Descriptions: 

·         Write conceptual scripts into storylines & dialogues.  

·         Preview content scripts to give descriptive visual suggestions. 

·         Coordinate with the product team in translating the details for the produced script.  

·         Writing and rewriting scripts (you may need to do this several times before arriving at the final agreed version).  

 

Job Requirements: 

·         Minimum Bachelor’s Degree All Major  

·         Have a strong knowledge on Scriptwriting  

·         Strong visualization skills  

·         Detail-oriented and organized  

·         Able to work under pressure (deadlines) in a fast-paced environment  

·         Able to work individually and in teams  

·         Demonstrate good working habits and professionalism  

·         Familiarity with digital learning and educational apps is a plus / ability to keep abreast and partake with any changes or trends in the industry  

·         Have an understanding of agriculture is a plus 

 

 

2.      Creative Director 

 

Job Descriptions: 

·         Play a key role in conceptualizing the visual of learning video that aligns with target audience and course content  

·         Translate script into visual assets  

·         Creating a learning video storyboard  

·         Coordinating the production process and equipment needed  

 

Job Requirements: 

·         Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Design, Film, Media, Communications, a related field, or equivalent work experience  

·         Have good writing skills & high attention to detail regarding Indonesian PUEBI  

·         Have basic knowledge of shooting technique  

·         Demonstrated history of high-quality, high-impact video content creation or design showreel  

·         Having a moderate to a deep understanding of established and emerging trends in content consumption and audience habits, having a passion in education is a plus  

·         Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to direct multiple projects under tight deadlines 

 

 

3.      Videographer 

 

Job Descriptions: 

·         Create interesting, innovative and original learning video content 

·         Develop concept according to team request 

·         Responsible for the overall content created 

·         Ensure that photo and video shooting data is properly backed up and perform file management for data 

 

Job Requirements: 

·         Preferably experienced in the field min 1 year 

·         Can operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and the like 

·         Mastering editing software (Minimum Adobe Premiere) 

·         Able to work individually and in a team 

·         Ready with tight deadlines and ensure quality is well maintained 

 

 

4.      Graphic Designer 

 

Job Descriptions: 

·         Be a part of Content Production team in creating assets (illustration) for video learning projects, infographics and icons 

 

Job Requirements: 

·         Minimum high school graduate/SMK/MA or equivalent with 1 year of experience in the same field. 

·         Proficiency with required design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop  

·         Detail-oriented (a strong eye for visual composition, mix and match colors and layout for developing assets as needed)  

·         Able hand drawn illustration is a plus  

·         Able to work under target (short deadline) and able to give and receive constructive criticism 

 

 

5.     Video Editor

 

Job Descriptions: 

·         In charge of editing videos in this case in the Cut-to-cut process, compose footage, Simple Sound clearing using material that has been provided by the videographer.  

·         Responsible for the results of video editing. Be a part of the Content Production team in directing the process of editing video learning. 

 

Job Requirements: 

·         Minimum high school graduate/SMK/MA or equivalent with 1 year of experience in the same field.  

·         Proficient in using DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition.  

·         Able to work in a creative and fast-paced environment.  

·         Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member.
