Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia (YRII) is an independent humanitarian and development organization. YRII, previously Islamic Relief Worldwide in Indonesia as globally with Islamic Relief Worldwide we have been fighting poverty and injustice for 30 years, in a world where more than three billion people still live in poverty
Country Purpose:
Islamic Relief Worldwide in Indonesia has been operating since 2003, and officially became the Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia in January 2022. The objective of the Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia program is to contribute to the social welfare of the Indonesian people and to alleviate suffering. The main sector for the programme include:
• Water and Sanitation
• Sustainable livelihood
• Education
• Child Welfare

The geographical area: NTB, Aceh, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi and Jakarta Province and will be expanded to all regions of Indonesia according to the development of the organization. The implementation of the program is carried out directly by YRII or through cooperation partners.
Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia is seeking Finance Coordinator Based in Jakarta - Indonesia.
Reporting Line:
Post holder would directly report to Head of Operations.
Overall Responsibility:
To establish financial systems for budgeting, tracking and reporting for the office and operation, manage bank accounts and cash payments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review all submissions for advance payments (UM), reimbursements and Payments which have been checked by the Financial Officer and ensure that all are in accordance with the budget post of each project and the Financial Standards and Procedures.
· Monitoring the outstanding advance and payments
· Conducting monitoring budget of all projects, cash flow and forecast.
· Manage and reconcile all financial projects appropriately.
· Monitoring the financial reports for each donor and ensure that they are in accordance with the norms and specified format
· Prepare the financial reports for all projects every month (budget versus actual / BVA) and send them to the CMT and finance team.
· Checking journal made by finance officer in CO and other site related with supporting documents
· Conducting financial monitoring of partners and third parties, on project activities with analysis of financial statements and audits.
· Provide assistance to relevant YRII staff and partners regarding finance, budget design, monitoring and reporting.
· Supporting the implementation of the audit in a timely manner and following up on the findings of the Audit.
· Monitoring archiving every month
· Other duties decide by Supervisor
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or more degree in finance
• 5 years experience in finance in INGO/large multifunctional organization.
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CCAB)
• Knowledge in AX system
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial matters to non-financial managers.
• Ability to supervise finance staff in multiple and remote locations.
• Good computer literacy skills.
• Experience in budgeting & Budget-tracking.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Able to work on own initiative and able to be flexible.
• Able to analyze and solve problems from complex information and make an informed decision.
