Program Background

DT Global supports the implementation of the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2). AIPJ2 is an eight-year program which aims to support cooperation between Australian and Indonesian institutions and civil society organizations to contribute to the overall goal of “Strong and accessible justice and security institutions that enhance respect for enforceable rights and rules-based governance systems, over time contributing to stability and prosperity in Indonesia and the region”.

 

The Partnership is strategically aligned to achieve GOI partner policies, implementation plans, budgets and practices that:

·       increase transparency and accountability in justice institutions

·       reduce overcrowding in correctional facilities through restorative justice in the criminal justice system

·       improve the ease of doing business through reforms to commercial case handling

·       help prevent violent extremism in prisons, on release and in schools; and

·       support bilateral and regional cooperation in transnational crime investigations.

·       preventing child marriage;

·       protecting victims of sexual violence;

·       ensuring family support after divorce; and

·       improved access to justice for people with disabilities.

About the Engagement

AIPJ2 is seeking to establish a pool of vendors who can offer various goods and services (such as interpreters/translators, graphic designers, notetakers, sign language interpreters, car rentals, editors, photographers/videographers, event organizers, printing services, travel agents, KITAS arrangement, etc.) under a standing offer agreement for a one-year contract. The agreement may be subject to amendment based on an annual review of satisfactory performance.All queries pertaining to the RFQ must be sent to general@aipj.or.id before 05 April 2023 at 17.00 Jakarta time (GMT +7)

 

Application Submission

Interested Individuals/organizations to submit a quotation and other documents as outlined in RFQ, including Attachment 1 – Tender Document Requirements and Due Diligence Preliminary Supplier Statement, Attachment 2 – Quotation Proposal Assessment, and must use a quotation template as per Part B: Scope of Works.

Note: Hard copies are not required, and late submissions cannot be accepted.
