BACKGROUND
- The post holder reports to the YHP Project Manager.
- Support the Project Manager to develop and maintain operational project MER Framework, Indicator Tracking Table and annual plan.
- Support the Project Manager to manage project archiving, lesson learnt and stories of change and sustainability of the project
- Support the Project Manager to proactively work to influence, support and collaboratively working with local government related to sexual and reproductive health issues at district level, as well as schools.
- Engage in advocacy, networking and coordination in the project area, and ensuring children and young people particularly girls and women are benefiting from the project.
- Together with Project Manager be responsible for the application of the peer education model to obtain clear and correct information on issues of NCDs, as well as integrate cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), mental health into programme activities.
- Support the Project Manager in producing good quality of project monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Program implementation in line with the project design and planning
- Support Project Manager for planning and design of the project which in line with CS5, monitoring and evaluation framework, budget plans, and communications strategy.
- Support Project Manager to develop and submit a consolidated detailed implementation plan (DIP) on the basis of the area project specific plans.
- Ensure all project activities are implemented in timely manner in accordance with project design and planning.
- Together with project officer monitor, coordinate, and supervise Peer Educators on the implementation of all activities.
- Together with partners, support Project Manager to develop and implement the scaling up strategies as well as sustainability.
- Ensure project data collection and verification to avoid double counting and reported to Project Coordinator and MER Specialist.
- Working collaboratively with technical advisor/specialist in CO and district level for cross-cutting issue such as gender and inclusion, participation, safeguarding.
Communication, Monitoring and Reporting
- Conduct day to day monitoring to target project location and facilitate discussion and coordination between stakeholders and school components as beneficiaries.
- Maintain positive communication and coordination with Project Manager and AHA team on project planning and Implementation.
- Able to facilitate or train project team and partners on M&E related subjects such as Data and Database Management as well report writing
- Support Project Manager to monitor project indicators progress and expenditure of project activities.
- Prepare progress reports for internal Plan use to Project Manager in monthly basis and/or other basis if needed.
- Together with Project Officer, collaborate with communications team to implement communications strategy and advocacy.
- Together with Project Officer, develop and implement project influencing strategy and planning at school and community level to promote NCD and SRHR, in collaboration with advocacy team.
- Support Project Manager in data input, cleaning and analysis.
Networks, partnership and Learning
- Together with project officer, establish external networks in order to strengthen the implementation of project, to exchange experiences and to scale up program implementation.
- Maintaining high quality relationship with implementing partner, as well as reviewing reports and indicators.
- Facilitate learning process of internal development at district and provincial level.
- Support advocacy and influencing effort in developing NCDs related policy and programming at different level.
- Develop project documentation showing learning and best practices emerged during project implementation.
- Archive project document, lesson learnt, stories in organisation platform as knowledge management
- Seek innovation and put in place improved learning practices within and outside the program.
Financial and Administration
1. Support the Project Manager to oversee and administer the day-today activities of the project; follow the policies, procedures, and systems of Plan International Indonesia which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
2. Support Project Manager to facilitate project meeting, conferences and other special event; coordinate and attends meeting, and participates in discussion as appropriate in district level (when required).
Safeguarding & PSHEA
- Carry out safeguarding principles in every planning process, making risk mitigation analysis, implementation, documentation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting within the project.
- Conduct behaviour that reflect of professionalism, a culture of protection, prevention of violence, and the attitude to have the courage to report any form of violence against children and program participants and participate in regular evaluations through the Annual Appraisal related to safeguarding with supervisors
- Completely in face-to-face induction and/or Safeguarding training and refresher training through the Plan Academy platform and promptly recertify.
- Collaboration with partner, vendor /consultant in implement safeguarding standard and well monitored
