Task, Authority & Responsibility
· Liaise, negotiate, plan, implement, and monitor activities with private sector companies, chamber of commerce/associations, government ministries/agencies. · Actively and regularly visit and engage private sector to involve in dual VET. · Enable knowledge-sharing and peer learning among dVET key stakeholders. · Monitor and evaluate overall progress in achievement results. · Reporting of performance and results, providing regular activity reports to Program Manager (PM) and Technical Advisors (TA). · Assist the PM and TA in preparing relevant reports. |
Employee Requirements
· Relevant working experience in dual Vocational Education and Training (dVET) in a company and/or with an association or chamber (KADIN)
· Knowledge of the Indonesian dVET landscape, policies, and stakeholders
· Ability to consult and advice private sector on dVET and its implementation (structured internships, apprenticeships)
· Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
· Desirable: Degree/working in a technical sector
