AIPD - CIVIL SOCIETY OFFICER
(Mataram Based)
The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIPD) is a five-year program providing technical assistance and capacity building support to local governments and civil society to better manage public resources, leading to improved service delivery and reduced poverty.
The program is seeking qualified person to fill vacant position as AIPD - CIVIL SOCIETY OFFICER.
Purpose:
to coordinate a community (or demand-side) strategy and associated activities in order to better understand resource allocation and demand better services from local governments in NTB and across the AIPD target districts within the province.
Qualifications/Criteria:
· Graduate degree in social sciences or relevant study fields with a minimum of five years experience in program implementation with a focus on community participation.
· Deep understanding of GOI’s decentralisation policies, public financial system and current issues.
· Excellent communication skills (both English and Bahasa Indonesia) and well-developed interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
· Demonstrated ability to provide high quality reports and other outputs
· Good team player
