This is achieved through a market-lead approach to agricultural systems development, which also touches issues of sector policy, trade regulations, financial

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) LEMBAGA PELAKSANA BANTUAN TEKNIS DALAM BIDANG PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH

The Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIPD) adalah program lima tahun yang memfasilitasi bantuan teknis dan pengembangan kapasitas bagi Pemerintah Daerah, DPRD, dan masyarakat sipil. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan sumber daya publik yang nantinya akan berkontribusi pada layanan publik yang lebih baik dan pengentasan kemiskinan.
Saat ini, AIPD membuka kesempatan bagi lembaga yang tertarik untuk menjadi mitra AIPD di tingkatprovinsi dalam memfasilitasi bantuan teknis dalam bidang pengeloaan keuangan daerah bagi jajaran Pemda di wilayah kerja AIPD, yang mencakup lima Pemerintah Provinsi (NTT, NTB, Jawa Timur, Papua, dan Papua Barat) dan 20 Pemerintah Kabupaten/ Kota di kelima provinsi tersebut. Setiap lembaga yang terpilih akan mengelola sisi teknis dan administratif dari Bantuan Teknis AIPD di bidang perencanaan & penganggaran, pelaksanaan anggaran, dan monitoring & evaluasi daerah di suatu provinsi, yang mencakup Pemerintah Provinsi dan empat Pemerintah Kabupaten/ Kota. Kegiatan yang termasuk dalam Bantuan Teknis ini antara lain akan berbentuk pendampingan, pelatihan, lokakarya, dan sosialisasi.

The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIPD) is a five-year program providing technical assistance and capacity building support to local governments and civil society to better manage public resources, leading to improved service delivery and reduced poverty. AIPD is seeking an institution interested in implementing `Support to Coordination Unit Mechanism of Development Stakeholders or Dukungan terhadap Mekanisme Unit Pengelola Koordinasi Pembangunan/UPK'. The UPK is a Government mechanism unit that aiming at strengthening partnership, coordination, collaboration, synchronisation, and communications between Governments and Non-Government stakeholders.. The activity is designed to be implemented in five provinces (NTB, NTT, Papua, Papua Barat and East Java) and selected Districts within those provinces.

The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIDP) is a five-year program aims to providing technical assistance and capacity building support to local governments and civil society to better manage public resources, leading to improved service delivery and reduced poverty. AIPD program consists of three components to support both `supply' (national, provincial and district government) and `demand' (civil society) side stakeholders, as well as knowledge management, by providing assistance and capacity building based on demand from local partners, and utilising local expertise and institutions.

The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIPD) is a five-year program providing technical assistance and capacity building support to local governments and civil society to better manage public resources, leading to improved service delivery and reduced poverty. AIPD is seeking an institution interested in implementing `Support to Regional Development Data Centre or Pusat Data Pembangunan Daerah (PD2)'. The PD2 is a local based integrated resource centre that aims at providing access to information for local development stakeholders (government and non- government). The activity is designed to be implemented in five provinces (NTB, NTT, Papua, Papua Barat and East Java) and 20 Districts within those provinces.
