The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIPD) is a five-year program providing technical assistance and capacity building support to local governments and civil society to better manage public resources, leading to improved service delivery and reduced poverty. Australian Indonesia Partnership for Decentralisation (AIPD) is seeking an institution interested in implementing all public expenditure and revenue analyses (PERAs) in AIPD work areas that cover five provincial governments (NTT, NTB, Jawa Timur, Papua, and Papua Barat) and 20 district governments within those provinces.
The selected institution will be responsible in managing both technical and administrative work of PERA imple-mentation. In each province, the institution is expected to: i) establish a provincial research team that will con-duct the technical work off all PERAs within that province; ii) organize events related to PERA implementation, such as workshops and seminars; and iii) manage the printing and publication of the PERA reports
