EU-ASEAN Migration and Border Management Programme (EA-MBMP) Procurement of Computer and Telecommunication Goods & Services

OPEN CALL FOR TENDER
NOTICE

SUBJECT OF THE CALL FOR BIDS
The Organization is issuing an open call for tenders with a view to the signature and performance of one or several Contracts relating to the procurement of computer and telecommunication goods and services to modernize the NCB Hanoi and Phnom Penh infrastructure and to enable the Remote Sites to access part of the information processed via the Organization’s channels.
The Contract that the Organization shall enter into with the Contractor shall form part of a programme implemented by the Organization within the framework of a contribution agreement (n°2009/227014) entered into with the European Commission (represented by the Delegation of the European Union to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam) which is funding this Transaction. The overall programme is divided in components and the Organization is in charge of implementation of one of these components.

PROCEDURE
1.    The Specifications detailing the submission procedure, administrative specifications and technical specifications, shall be requested by email to ao-ab-adm-pcm@interpol.int
The said e-mail shall contain the indications listed below:
•    Subject of the mail: CONT/1045 – Request for Specifications
•    Name of the company
•    Name, function, telephone number and e-mail of the contact person
The Specifications will be available from the 18 April to the 16 May 2011.
1.    2.    Candidates who have requested the Specifications as described in point 1 will receive an electronic version of the Specifications, in PDF format.
2.    3.    The Organization shall receive the bids at its headquarters on the 31 May 2011 at 5:00p.m. (Paris time) at the latest. 
3.    4.    Administrative, legal and technical details can be obtained by sending an email through the contact point mentioned in point 1. Questions may be asked up until the 20 May 2011 at 05:00 p.m. (Paris time).
