GIZ Office Jakarta is urgently seeking 1 (one) qualified Indonesian candidate for:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRM)
To be based in Jakarta. This position will be under fixed-term contract with possibility of prolongation.
Requirements:
1. University degree/master degree is preferable ( in Management/Law/Psychology with qualification in HRD)
2. Minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional working experience as HR Manager.
3. Excellent knowledge of Human Resources best practices in Indonesia.
4. Excellent development and management skills.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
6. Strong administrative skills.
7. Self motivated, discipline and result oriented.
8. Abilities to work independently as well as in an international team.
9. Abilities to work in high tension environment.
10. Excellent command of MS-Office.
11. Mandatory language knowledge (English fluent both oral and written), German is an advantage and good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems.
12. Customer Service oriented.
