MOT / Product Trainer
(Jakarta Raya - Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

    * Sales Promoter Management
          o Develop and monitor sales promoter activity
          o Maximize sales promoter performance to sell the products
          o Target setting, KPI monitoring & sales data analysis


    * Merchandising Management
          o Route Plan Database Management
          o Increase and maintain visual merchandising level
          o Maximize POSM management to support sales activity


    * Training Management
          o Develop trainers and training material
          o Run and monitor sales training activities

Requirements:

    * Max. 35 years of age
    * Experienced in retail industry / telecommunication business/ training are highly appreciated
    * Have a strong passion in people development, sales data analysis and sense of connectedness to work together as a team
    * Excellent interpersonal skill, self motivated, creative, initiative, independent, good communication with people of all levels
