Agribusiness Team Leader - Indonesia

Key responsibilities: 
          Overall direction and management of a large and physically dispersed team demonstrated by proven leadership in the agribusiness sector in Indonesia.
          Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing quality assurance, OH&S, risk management and cross-cutting issues in accordance with the donor policy.
          Demonstrated capability to link with subprogram leaders to effectively plan and report.
          Demonstrated capability to effectively manage and communicate up and down in a large complex program environment
         Demonstrated experience of highly effective and efficient project management skills in personnel management; procurement (services, personal and materials); all aspects of financial management and control and reporting - accounting, auditing and asset control; and project planning, budgeting, implementation, M&E, and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience:  

Essential
          Qualifications in business management with experience in the agribusiness sector.
          Proven experience in management and leadership of large, complex projects in geographically dispersed locations over the last 10 years.
          Minimum five years management experience in the agribusiness sector in Southeast Asia preferably with development projects or links to such.  Indonesian experience would also be a distinct advantage.
          Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills.
         Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.

Desirable
          Demonstrated experience in effectively working between government agencies and the private sector in agribusiness.
