Sponsorship and Partnership Officer (SPO/CFI)
Based in Yogyakarta
Key and Responsibilities:
· Ensure the partner have good quality of Sponsor Relations services by doing quality of child correspondence, responsiveness to requests, and compliance to standards (time, quality, etc), in order to make communication between child and sponsor which process through partner is unbreakable and delivered information are accurate and meet the standard.
· Ensure the existing communication between sponsors/donors, partners and children (beneficiaries) comply with the Sponsor Relations Standard Policy and inline with the Child Protection Policy and make them as positive experiences for all related parts
· Respond the sponsor request as soon as possible in order to provide the sponsor's needs immediately and complies with ChildFund Sponsor Relation Standard Procedure and Policy.
· Ensure the quality and quantity improvement in number of children in program and number of sponsors /donors that related to sponsorship program and make sure that it complies with ChildFund Standard Policy and Child Protection Policy in Zonal level.
· Ensure that sponsorship activities in Zonal level are aligned with ChildFund core program; that children’s voice is in the center of the communication with sponsors
· Provide supervision, training and evaluation relate to works in Sponsor Relations to Partner’s staff who need it, in order to make their performance complies to expected standard.
· Maintain good documentation and filing system in order to keep the accountability of sponsor relations in Zonal level.
· Maintaining Partnership relations
· Maintaining Partner’s LOA and PDF
· Provides strategic and feedback for PDF and annual budget planning in Zonal level.
· Maintaining sponsorship and partnership report in Zonal level
· Assist Sponsorship and Partnership Manager to review the implementation of Sponsor Relations Operation and procedures in Partners.
· Ensure that Partners understand all sponsorships related work.
· Work closely with Partnerships officer within the zonal office and project area to ensure sponsorships work efficiently and effectively accomplished.
· Work along with the Zonal team for effective partnerships management and monitoring.
Competencies:
§ Degree Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent is desirable.
§ Minimum 3 years work experience with INGO, development agency.
§ Knowledge of partnership management desirable.
§ Full professional qualification in Sponsorships relation.
§ Experience of providing sponsorships and partnerships direction at Zonal level.
§ Successful track record of consistent achievement at sponsorships activities. demonstrating an ability to spot trends and issues, make critical decisions and deliver practical results.
§ Ability to achieve results by influence and persuasion.
§ Highly flexible in style with the ability to produce creative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
§ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
