Indonesian Institute for Energy Economics (IIEE) is an independent and non profit organization. We collaborate with a new social business company (PT. Arsindo) in some activities to provide electricity and related benefits for community/villages. It is one of our contributions to renewable energy development, energy access, domestic economy activities, and poverty alleviation in Indonesia.

We are seeking for PT. Arsindo Chief Executive Officer with following responsibilities and qualificatons:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry.
2.       Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives, to implement with board approval, and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
3.       Secure significant and long-term contracts with secured advanced payment and repayment within agreed schedule, and to ensure the company’s turnover goals are achievable.
4.       Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service and
cost-effective management of resources.
5.       Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in
attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
6.       Evaluate performance for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
7.       Lead the organization to make revenue, at the same time achieve the social objective in a business way to achieve business targets
8.       Present company report at Annual Stakeholder and Board of Directors Meetings.
9.       Ensure communication systems are transparent and well maintained between: staff, board and investors,
10.   Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1.       Experience in strategic planning and execution.
2.       Experience in successful implementation of rural commercial sales strategy.
3.       Existing networks in rural sales and financing.
4.       Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
5.       Ten years of experience in a leadership role for a division or company especially
in marketing and/or business development or demonstrate ability to significantly affect sales.
6.       Experience in end user finance is an advantage.

WORKING CONDITION

Work may require frequent overnight travel
