Myriad is currently looking for a qualified and committed candidate to fill the following position:

Position title: Accounting and Finance Officer

Report to : Managing Director

General functions:

The Accounting & Finance Officer will be responsible for the following:

1. Handling all finance matter

2. Establish and maintain cash control

3. Ensuring transactions are properly recorded

4. Maintain and coordinate all standard financial accountability procedures.

5. Maintain financial records, including preparation of invoices, receipts, banking documents, etc

6. In collaboration with the Coordinator to prepare data for monthly and other financial reports.

7. Directly responsible for scrutinizing financial correctness of all stages of procurement work as directed by the Head, including checking of quotations and financial calculations provided.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Diploma (D3) and/or Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting

2. A minimum of two years experience in a accounting and finance role

3. Experience of maintaining efficient financial management systems

4. Computer literate with experience of accounting packages, spreadsheets and databases

5. Good analytical skills

6. Good interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and adapt to change
