National Finance Company in need of:

Assistant Training Manager (ATM)

(Jakarta)

Requirements:

Male / Female, maximum 30 years old

Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology is preferable Minimum GPA 2,75

Previous experience in implementing Performance Appraisal & Balance

Score Card and / or previous experience in ethical pharmaceutical marketing, as Successful Medical Representative with excellence presentation skills ispreferable

Computer literate (Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point, Access)

Interest and good sense in training and human resources development, proven with track record
