Customer Service Center / Call Center Supervisor

Customer Service Center / Call Center Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Responsible to ensure that customer service department service level are met / achieve department target

Requirements:

Min. S1 in any discipline
Excellent English
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and skillful
Posses good communication skills
Having minimum 3 years experience as Call Center Supervisor
Having experience in the same industry would be advantage
Able to lead a team
Able to join immediately
