Customer Service & Distribution Head

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to the following duties:
Establishes and maintains credible communication and working relationships with customer and business groups.
Reviews and updates procedures / system to ensure best possible service to achieve highest customer satisfaction.
Setting up, measure and report CSR related KPI [e.g OTIF, eCCM, CCRT, CM/DM] to upper management, in regular basis, as well as working on its continuous improvement.
Identify and solve issue and customer complaint at the early stage, working proactively with other related functions.
Manage customer / distribution channel supply performance and define most effective method of distribution [e.g. system, location, 3rd party, timing, cost, packaging, mode]
Manage operation and performance review of 3rd party distribution, in coordination with WH team.
Responsible for inventory & service accuracy, in coordination with Inventory Planner and WH.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, any discipline, from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service, Distribution or Logistic area.
Background in FMCG is preferable.
General knowledge of business acumen and customer satisfaction indices
English and Computer proficient
Good interpersonal / people management, communication and negotiation skill
Ability to work in team environment
High personal Integrity and Ethics
