Responsibilities:
Customer Service Manager will be representing the company to their distributor and reflecting the corporate attitude, ideas and philosophy. This position consider as a crucial position in the organization, the incumbent will be report directly to the President Director and working closely with the Regional Customer Services Manager Asia Pacific. He/she will be manage a team consist of 7 customer service professional.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from any discipline; from Reputable University
Having 5 years minimum experience in Customer service function
Experienced in Hospitality, Courier, Banking, Airline or Direct Selling Company will be an advantage
Fluent in English both oral and written is a Must
Able to Speak Mandarin is an Advantage
Good communication and presentation skills;
Strategic thinking and innovative
Familiarity with Oracle would be an advantage
Internal relationship skills and teamwork is required
