COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT EXPERTS FOR MICROFINANCE

Bina Swadaya currently starting Scavengers Economic Empowerment Program (PEP) Phase 2 in 5 (five) locations: South Jakarta, Bandung, Banda Aceh, Pasuruan, and Denpasar, which will run until August 2012. PEP Phase 2 is more focused on institutional strengthening and strengthening the role of business units at the community level scavengers in order to generate profits so as to finance its own operations and business units if possible could provide additional funding to operate Empowerment Institute Scavengers (LPP) and the cost of other social activities. For we need 1 (one) for an office in Jakarta as:

COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT EXPERTS FOR MICROFINANCE.

Description of Duties:

· Responsible for the over activity of Micro Finance Unit (MFU / MFI) in each program area PEP 2

· Providing training and guidance to the MFU staff in preparing the financial accounting of savings and loans

· Conduct regular monitoring to the project site to see the development of MFU.

· Create a monthly report MFU developments in each area and disempaikan to the Project Manager.

· Develop implementation guide book in the MFU savings and loan activities and also prepare SOP.

· Coordinate with in each area to ensure all activities running optimally MFU

· Acting as an initiator in the development of value-added activities MFU.

Qualifications:

· Have experience of working for 5-10 years in the activities of community empowerment, development NGOs and development faction of Finance and Micro Enterprises.

· Have the entrepreneurial spirit, creative, innovative, self motivated and able to solve problems tinggii

· Able to design modules, tools and media training, standard operating procedures (SOP) for microfinance institutions and community groups

· Have facilitation skills and provide training on the organization of microfinance, micro enterprises, financial management and other community service activities

· Able to design the development of microfinance, including credit analysis, credit disbursement mechanisms and monitoring systems.

· Have organizational skills, communication and cooperation, both in interpersonal relationships as well as in team

· Have a minimum of computer skills in using Office and able to use communication devices

· Preferred has the ability to communicate in English both oral and written

· Education at least an undergraduate
