Office Manager in Bali

The office ofCaritas Switzerland (CaCH) in Bali is responsible for the country representation as well as for the implementation of CaCHsclimate program.

CaCH in Bali seeks qualified, dynamic and highly motivated personnel to fill the position of:

Office Manager

Summary of job duties and responsibilities:
1. Financial management for and controlling of all projects
2. Office administration and correspondence
3. Human resource management
4. Ensure proper procurement and management of all CaCH assets and facilities
5. Ensure coordination of travel and travel related activities for staff and visitors
6. Ensure good communication within the CaCH team and external stakeholders
7. Support all tasks relate to the country representation of CaCH in Indonesia
8. Reporting to the team leader and contribute to reporting to the headquarter and to donors

Qualifications:
1. D3 or S1 graduation from management, accounting, economics or similar
2. At least 3 years experience related to office management with an international NGO
3. Strong skills and experiences in financial managements
4. Strong management abilities
5. Strong communication and writing skills
6. Able to communicate fluently in English, both in written and spoken
7. Computer literate and using internet facilities
8. Reliable, committed personality and strong moral character
9. Motorbike driving license is an asset
