We are looking for participants for our Supply Chain Management Excellence Program throughout Germany at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?

The program is the brainchild of Barbara Kux

Selected candidates have the unique chance to join a leading global engineering and technology services company

It is an exceptional, fast-track opportunity for a select few; every candidate will be personally mentored by Barbara Kux; she will also be the final interview partner during the selection process

The SCM Excellence Program lasts from 6 to 18 months

It is tailor-made for the respective participant and customized for his or her future target function

The candidates will have ample opportunity to demonstrate their leadership expertise in tackling the real-world challenges that the various Siemens business units are confronting

Candidates will be coached as well as participate in specially developed trainings and seminars

The program is ideally suited for networking as well as developing leadership skills on and off the job – but always in the fast lane

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Strong academic background and references

Master’s degree in an engineering-related field of study

MBA or PhD from one of the leading international business schools

Three to twelve years of work experience

Successful professional background in Siemens-related industries

Track record of leading larger teams and handling complex projects

Extraordinary leadership qualities and vision for leading change

International experience of more than one year

Fluent in English, preferably multilingual

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
