Requirements:
Bachelor degree from faculty of social science / law / communication
Minimum 4 years experience as CDO, CSR preferably at the mining company
Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization as well as with people from various levels and villagers
Good relationship with community, government institution and non government institution (NGO) Posses good concepts on community development, community empowerment and local business development program
