Indonesia Agriculture Project

International Relief and Development is seeking expressions of interest from long term and short term consultants for an upcoming AusAID tender on improving rural development services in Eastern Indonesia. The program will seek to improve the service delivery and access to markets for poor farmers and create a stronger regulatory sub-national framework. A broad range of opportunities will be available including:

Team Leader with extensive experience in managing large programs in the agriculture / rural development / market development sector in Indonesia
Deputy Team Leader: with experience in implementing agricultural / rural development / market development programs, and willingness to travel extensively
Micro-Economist/Micro-Finance Specialist
Value Chain Specialist
Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P) Expert
Private Sector Development Specialist
Social Inclusion and Gender Specialist
Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser
Capacity Development Specialist
Knowledge Management and Learning Expert
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Specialist
MIS Expert
Human Resource Manager
Procurement and Contracting Manager

We are also looking for specialists in the following areas:

Post harvest technologies
Small scale farming systems
Agricultural market competitiveness
Gender and rural community development
Small Enterprise Management or Microfinance
Project Financial Management
