Learning& Development - Process and Development Associate
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs analysis to ensure the alignment between the academy programs to be offered and business strategy is in place
Conduct regular Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with respective target across units to improve the effectiveness of processes/programs
Review and analyze the existing processes and programs conducted across units and formulate recommendations for improvement
Develop training and certification process to be implemented consistently and standard across channels
Become certification champion for the organization to ensure Unified Sales team members are certified as required
Coordinate, facilitate and monitor the sales certification implementation
Conduct monthly checking and control for any expiration of AAJI license for AAJI renewal action purposes
Prepare regular report on sales certification data and communicate to business & units related for necessary follow up actions
Build good relationship with external related parties and Policy Owner for any certification inquiries and problems (as necessary) in order to effectively smooth the certification process

Requirements:

Bachelor and/or Master degree from reputable university
2-3 years of experience with training/quality/process exposure from banking industry
Certified in specific certification (eg., AAJI license, Waperd, etc) is highly advantage
Possess good relationship & communication skills
Possess analytical thinking and attention to details
