PKPU was established in response to the multidimensional crisis that occurred in Indonesia since the year 1997 - 1999, marked by the occurrence of natural and humanitarian disasters on a wide scale. PKPU has 7 top program with a focus on community development in economy, education, nutrition and health, risk reduction and disaster management, as well as direct services. The program is implemented throughout the province in Indonesia through 17 branches and partners across the province. The target beneficiaries of the program fall into the category of poor households, refugees, and victims of natural disasters.
Along his journey, the National Humanities Institute PKPU growing into management institutions both public assistance and humanitarian assistance and other social assistance succeeded in obtaining accreditation, among others:
- National Institute of Amil Zakat based on Ministerial Decree No. Religion. 441 of 2001
- National Social Organization of Social Affairs according to Decree No.08 / Huk / 2010
- NGO in Special consultative status with economic social council at the United Nations in August 2008.
As part of the development program forward, PKPU requires a person to the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Special Reporting Officer (Code: ME-SRO) in the Division of Research and Development (R & D) that will focus on drafting the program, monitoring and evaluation framework and reporting system implementation performance of community empowerment programs, and build communication and networking with various partners implementing programs and external networking.
Responsibilities: Responsible directly to the Manager of R & D and to the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems and reporting program performance, build a model of program implementation, assist in communication and partnership with the responsible program as well as external networking PKPU.
Main Tasks:
1) Conducting assessment instrument development and community empowerment programs Monev and integrated community programs.
2) Prepare M & E strategy and implementation of community development programs.
3) Facilitate discussion / workshop learning community empowerment programs involving external networks.
4) Develop a book of experience the implementation of community empowerment programs.
5) Prepare a descriptive narrative of disaster management.
6) Setting up a profile of the program do the sharing of knowledge empowerment and the development of community empowerment program to program implementers and external networks.
7) Assess the impact of programs on a scale of community empowerment.
8) Carrying out other tasks given R & D Manager in accordance with the functions, duties, authority, and responsibility.
Qualifications:
1) Male or Female, age max 27 years
2) Minimal S1, IPK min 3.00 (scale 4:00), preferably relevant to the field of empowerment and community development.
3) Visionary and strategic forward planning orientation for the development of community empowerment programs.
4) Have the ability to speak English very well be a plus.
5) Have an understanding and experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation of community development programs into a plus.
6) Ability to work as a team and individually.
7) Have the ability to operate computer Microsoft Office and data processing web-based searching.
8) Ability to make presentations and reports with good empowerment program.
9) Has the soul of leadership, emotional intelligence, communicate well, and ready to work under pressure.
10) To establish networking and external communications as well.
11) Have the ability to write creatively, especially in the development of community empowerment programs.
12) Have a basic understanding of the internal business to the running of programs and activities of community empowerment.
