SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The Senior Account Manager is leading all commercial elements and ensuring a smooth day to day operation in the business.
Presentations to Decision Makers, Senior Management of Large FMCG companies and sell in store marketing solutions.
Initiate contact with Decision Makers of Large FMCG companies.
Proactively maintain healthy relationship with Key Accounts, Operation Partners, Printing Partners, and other stakeholders.
Recruit, Train and Manage office staff, sales staff, operation and production processes.
Achieve Targets & KPIs.
Full P&L Responsibility.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum University Degree in Management, Marketing or related fields from a reputable institution.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (Written & Spoken).
Advanced English (Written & Spoken).
Mandarin is an advantage.
Three years experience in FMCG / Modern Trade Retail.
