International Federation-Indonesia Country Office is looking for candidates to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia for the post of :
Sr. Human Resources Officer - (24 Months Fixed Term contract)*

Key tasks and responsibilities .
1. Assist the supervisors for the assessment of recruitment and the writing/updating of job descriptions and evaluations for both national staff and delegates and verify the request of staff. It includes to oorganize, process and manage the recruitment national staff for the position in all grades categories
2. Ensure and manage the PNS national staff personal files are kept and completed for Federation archive
3. Organize the briefing, debriefing of national staff, consultant and visitors (it includes to liaise with related staff in submitting EOM report, appraisals). Coordinate with related unit in a proper and timely manner. It includes the check list of staff briefing / debriefing and give report to the HR Manager.
4. Ensure and implement that clear and transparent procedures and systems for position descriptions, evaluations, disciplinary measures, grievance procedures and the general administration and management of delegates and local staff are in place, maintained, and monitor adherence to them.
5. Provide assistance of the Remuneration Package, Rules and Regulations for national staff in close coordination with HR Manager.
6. Ensure that the medical insurance system are in placed for the Federation contracted staff, including the adequate support. It covers its development system and the follow up of tender process health insurance.
7. Establish and implement the overall training for national staff development. It includes to create and manage the training calendar and budgeting are well implemented. Provide the comprehensive report for every training and analyze it.
8. Provide the Host National Society and Participating National Societies in country with HR support and expertise
9. Counsel, advise and guide staff in work related issues
10. Disseminate/ update for any policy and bureaucracy of Indonesian labour law in a proactive manner. It includes the liaison with local government offices such as Manpower, Tax Office, etc.
11. Ensure that the expatriate documentation renewal (RPTKA) process are managed.
12. Maintain database for national staff and other, filling related task this he/she handles, it includes updating the staff projected for the calendar and following year by coordinating with Federation and PNS HR contact person.
13. Manage and ensure the payroll submission as regards the compilation and verification of payroll data; and perform first-line review.
14. Travel to in country and abroad if required
15. Perform any other work related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by HR Manager

2. Abide by and work in accordance with the Red Cross/Red Crescent principles.

Qualification and Experience.
· In good mental & physical health
· Professional HR qualification.
· Experience of managing & supporting staff
· Experience in coaching managers
· Experience of working for the Red Cross/Red Crescent
· Experience of working for a humanitarian aid organisation in a developing country
· Experience in dealing with locally employed staff issues
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
· Self-supporting in computers (Windows, spreadsheets, word-processing
· Languages : English, Berlitz level 5
· Skills in training and developing staff
