Rama Restaurants Bali, is a division of Ramayana & Co., is seeking professional and dynamic candidates in the following position:

Training Manager

(Bali)

Responsibilities:

Analyze training needs and identifies appropriate training intervention

Influences people to embrace Rama Restaurants Bali training initiatives

Administrating all required Rama Restaurants Bali corporation workshop, national operation initiatives and training program

Conduct administrative duties to ensure all reports are accurate for company database

Conduct constant training program reviews to maintain current information and advance presentation delivery methods

Review training activities are implemented to all restaurants outlets

Requirements:

Male/Female, 28-35 years old

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any disciplines

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Training & Development is required for this position (experienced in conduct Soft Skill Training)

Excellent knowledge in retail industry (from Food & Beverages would be an advantage)

Proficient in English and computer literate

Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skill

Good appearance and charming person

Applicant must be willing be placed in Bali
